After the completion of our major restorations in 2015, Cheah Kongsi created a green space within the heart of George Town, Penang. This green lawn consisted of 1,000 square meter which is suitable for hosting anniversary dinner, wedding dinner, welcoming dinner, and etc. Exhibitions and art displays were held annually by State and Private entity namely George Town Festival, George Town Literature Festival and etc. Cheah Kongsi is often selected as site location for filming both domestic and international productions.
在2015年完成大修复后，世德堂谢公司在乔治市中心设立一个一千平方米的绿地。该绿地适合用于举办各式晚宴。同时该绿地也经常被官方和私人机构用于举办各种文化艺术展览，有乔治市艺术节，乔治市文学节等等。世德堂谢公司也被本地及外國影視公司選為拍攝地點。
