Cheah Kongsi
5th Day of 5th Lunar Moon mark the celebration of Duan Wu Jie, or known as Dragon Boat Festival, a traditional important festival of Chinese Culture. Today Cheah Kongsi continue its traditional practice of offering to our Deity.

YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Rt. Honourable Chief Minister of Penang visited Cheah Kongsi during his walkabout in heritage zone together with YB Yeoh Soo Hin, YB Teh Lai Heng, YB Daniel Gooi Zi Sen and Dr. Ang Ming Chee, GTWHI. They were received by Chairman, Major (PAB) Alan Cheah Teik Cheng, Hon. Treasurer Mr. Cheah Phee Beng and Asst. Hon. Secretary Mr. Cheah Sin Kwong.
YAB Chow did a press release featuring Cheah Kongsi indicating that Penang will once again came back from the aftermath of COVID-19.
